The purpose of this webinar is to enable participants to increase their knowledge of best practices to deliver effective HIV prevention and treatment in rural settings.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • List challenges to HIV prevention and treatment that are unique to rural settings
  • Discuss solutions to overcoming barriers to delivering effective HIV prevention and treatment in rural settings

A variety of the listed topics will be discussed:

  • Behavioral Prevention
  • Antiretroviral treatment adherence, including viral load
  • HIV diagnosis (i.e. HIV testing)
  • Linkage to Care
