This informative webinar will cover how health and social service providers can help immigrant clients obtain work authorizations, adjust their immigration status, and access health care coverage.
By attending this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Clearly understand the definition of who are immigrants and the different immigrant classifications
- Know the right to work eligibility requirements for an immigrant based on immigration status
- Gain an understanding of immigrant eligibility for public health insurance in NYS
- Navigate the non-marketplace program requirements for ADAP, Medicaid, and Medicare
