MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center (MA AETC) provides HIV/AIDS education, consultation, technical assistance and resource materials to health care professionals throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
Professionals outside the intended audience geographic service area are welcome to attend, however should contact their local accrediting body to confirm availability of CME or CEU, if applicable.
Description
HIV 101 is a two hour course that provides information concerning the spectrum of HIV disease, HIV antibody testing and developments in rapid testing, PrEP and HIV treatment. This is the beginning of the Facts class.
