Goal:

To increase the capacity (knowledge-skills-abilities) of directly and indirectly-funded community-based organization (CBO) staff to utilize health communication and marketing strategies to reach No New Infections.

Objectives:

  1. Identify, develop, and implement strategies to engage participants in HIV HIP services using message development and message-framing techniques;
  2. Enhance skills and abilities for the strategic use of placement and position concepts for disseminating information and education about HIV prevention strategies and services; and
  3. Learn evaluation methods to monitor the effectiveness of messages and communication dissemination channels.
Length: Two (2) hours each day, including Q&A.
